Return Policy

Packages must be received by within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the return shipment.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items marked “FINAL SALE” are non-refundable. Intimates, underwear, tights, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories and bodysuits.
  • The following are not eligible for refunds:
    • Returns received after 14 days of the delivery date, damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Support with 5 days of receipt, or send the item back to us postmarked within 5 days of receipt.

All sales on custom made or personalized items are final. For all other products, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at Customer Support within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. 

If you are exchanging an item due to dislike or sizing, you are responsible for return shipping to us as well as shipping back to you. We'll send you an invoice for shipping charges to the email registered on

How to return an item

  1. Carefully review our Returns Policy above to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
  2. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, smoke smell free and with original packaging.
  3. Packages must be returned prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are sole responsibility of the buyer.
  5. We recommend you to insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost of stolen package.
